Put a thin coat in the sole of new shoes for added grip, and put some on the tips of frayed laces to make it, well, un-frayed. This stuff's saved me from being shoe-less a couple times, believe me. It's usually sole in any skateshop. I know for sure that's it'll be in Zumiez if it's not in one of you're local shops. Great product, 9/10
