Steps: 4
1) First place your back foot on the tail.
Position your toes so that they are on the tip
of the tail. Your shoulders should be inline with
the board.
2)
Place your front foot in the center of the board.
3)
Kick down with your back foot, in one flowing
movement jump and slide your front foot up the
board, this should level it out in the air.
4)
Land and bend your knees to absorb the impact.
