1)Get your feet in a comfortable position
for a varial kickflip and approach the rail or
curb at a moderate speed. Being able the varial
as high or higher than the object you are grinding
is a MUST for this trick.
2)Pop
your varial and stop it down if you can and plan
firmly on the object. Coming from the side might
be easier than an aproach from staight on.
3)The
biggest problem is either shooting out or not
going far enough onto the object/going TOO far
onto the object. I've had my shave of biffs landing
to far onto the object then shooting out, landed
with you ass on the ledge. This hurts.
4)Grind
the normal 50-50 until you want to come off, then
just pop it off like a normal one and get some
serious props from your local homies. Note: I
suggest only advanced trying this and try it first
on a lower box. You need to be able to control
where you land so being able to stop on the board
in mid-air is almost a must so you can aim.
