Varial Flip 50-50

)Get your feet in a comfortable position for a varial kickflip and approach the rail or curb at a moderate speed. Being able the varial as high or higher than the object you are grinding is a MUST for this trick.

)Pop your varial and stop it down if you can and plan firmly on the object. Coming from the side might be easier than an aproach from staight on.

)The biggest problem is either shooting out or not going far enough onto the object/going TOO far onto the object. I've had my shave of biffs landing to far onto the object then shooting out, landed with you ass on the ledge. This hurts.

)Grind the normal 50-50 until you want to come off, then just pop it off like a normal one and get some serious props from your local homies. Note: I suggest only advanced trying this and try it first on a lower box. You need to be able to control where you land so being able to stop on the board in mid-air is almost a must so you can aim.
