Steps: 4
1)Get your feet in
a comfortable position for a varial kickflip and
approach the rail or curb at a moderate speed.
I've never seen anyone do a varial kickflip to
B/S smith although I'm sure its been done but
I would try this F/S. Being able the varial as
high or higher than the object you are grinding
is a MUST for this trick. And if you can't smith,
STOP reading this because unless you are luckiest
sk8er in the world you won't get this.
2)Pop
your varial and stop it down if you can and plant
your back truck firmly on the object. I find it
easier to land back truck first when learning
this then bring the front of the board down into
smith because you tend to slam down on the object
making it hard to slide a smith. Coming from the
side might be easier than an aproach from staight
on.
3)You
need to lean more back on this trick because you
tend to want to push too hard on the front of
your board, thus NOT sliding the smith and falling
on your face.
4)Once
you think you are done grinding, pop off your
smith with some nice style and go find a sponser.
This trick is hard, so if you don't get it your
first try keep trying over and over.
