1. Roll at a steady pace, not to quick at first
though.
2. You want the ball of your foot firmly pressed
in the corner of you deck. And your front foot
Facing slightly toward the nose of your deck.
3. Then bend your knees and spring up.
4. You need to sweep the board with your back
foot around the back of you front foot. Your foot
does not actually go behind your front foot but
that is how it feels.
5. The sweep is kind of like a shuv it but you
send the board into a spin.
6. The board does half a vertical and half horizontal
spin.
7. The board may come between your legs so be
careful. Your front leg will need to move and
avoid the deck. The back foot also has to be brought
outward then back over the board.
