1)Get your feet in a comfortable position
and approach the rail or curb at a moderate speed.
You're gunna need to ollie either B/S or F/s.
2)Pop
your ollie and prepare for basicly a tweaked nosegrind.
Although the feeling IS different.
3)You'll
be grinding with your front truck at a 45 degree
angle and your nose ever so slightly touching
the object. Style is a MUST. This trick CAN and
WILL look sloppy.
4)When
you decide that you want to come off the grind
or have run out of momentum you need to shift
your weight from your front foot to back to equally
and maybe just a little more to the rear. Think
nollie. Even if you can't nollie THINK it. Land
it perfect and get back and do it switch.
