1)Approach
the curb in the same way you would do for a 50-50,
put your feet in the ollie position, but put your
front foot further up the board than usually,
for example on the front truck bolts. This will
help you make to nose and front truck connect
more easily with the grinding surface.
2)Ollie
so that you are just above the grinding surface,
lean forwards and apply plenty of pressure to
your front foot so that the nose and front truck
only connect with the grinding surface. The back
truck should be raised off the grinding surface.
3)Keep
a lot of your weight on the front foot so that
the nose and front truck are in constant connection
with the grinding surface and you continue to
grind.
4)Try
to force the board along the object with your
front foot and lean forward so that you do not
come to a standstill. When you finish the grind,
set your back truck down on the curb and pivot
on your back truck to get off the curb.
5)Roll
away with a smile on your face.
