Steps: 4
1)Get your feet in a comfortable position
and approach the rail or curb at a moderate speed.
Get ready to ollie either B/S or F/s with your
front truck pointed either over the object or
off it. Both F/S and B/S Salads can be done either
way. Its sort of like a smith/feeble but WITHOUT
touching the center of your board.
2)Pop
your ollie like a normal 5-0 but land on the object
45 degrees either way. Grinding both on your trucks
and your tail (Some only trucks if you're good)
3)Add
your own person style and technic to this trick,
as it is one of my fav grinds because I find it
very easy to do on simple ledges. Try doing tricks
into this or out of it. Like a simple 180 adds
a little flavor to it.
4)When
you decide that you want to come off the grinde
or have run out of momentum there are a few ways
you can come off. One, (the easiest) simply shuv
your board off the object. and then their are
the cooler ways like 180 out and ollie out if
you can bring your tail up a bit. Land staight
and go do it again.
